Dodo Storyland does not require an account or login for anything on this site. Watching episodes, playing games, browsing character pages, and downloading the free activity pack do not ask your child for any personal information.
This site does not use advertising networks and does not build profiles of individual visitors. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused tool provided by our hosting provider, to see aggregate information — like how many people visited the site, which pages are most popular, and roughly where visitors are coming from. According to Cloudflare, its Web Analytics product does not collect or use visitors' personal data. It does not create a profile of your child, does not follow visitors across other websites, and is not connected to an advertising network. We use this information only to understand how Dodo Storyland is used overall, so we can improve it — never to identify or track any individual visitor, child or adult.
One small technical setting is stored in your browser while you play: a game page remembers whether you turned the sound on or off, using your browser's built-in "session storage." This clears automatically when you close the browser tab, identifies no one, and is never sent anywhere — it just remembers your last sound setting for that visit.
If you use the Contact Us form, the name, email address, subject and message you type (and an optional attached file) are sent using Resend, a transactional email service, directly to Dodo Storyland's support inbox so we can reply to you. That information is used only to respond to your message — it is not added to a mailing list, sold, or shared with advertisers.
To make sure the contact form can never send more messages than our free email plan allows in a day, a small counter is kept (via Cloudflare, our hosting provider) that only records how many messages were sent today. It does not store any names, email addresses, or message content — just a number that resets every day.
Any paid digital product (like a coloring pack) is sold and paid for through Payhip, an external checkout platform — Dodo Storyland's own website never sees or stores your card details. Payhip handles that payment information under its own privacy policy, which you can review on payhip.com before checking out.
Dodo Storyland is made for children to enjoy together with a parent or guardian. We do not ask children for their name, age, address, or any other personal details anywhere on the site, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has shared personal information with us by some other means (for example, in a message sent through the Contact Us form), please contact us and we will delete it.
If how this site handles information ever changes — for example, if analytics or a new feature is added later — this page will be updated to describe exactly what changed before it goes live.
