When you download a free or paid Dodo Storyland digital product (a coloring pack, activity pack, or similar printable), you're getting a limited license to use the file for personal, family, classroom, and educational purposes — not ownership of the artwork or characters themselves, which remain Dodo Storyland's.
Print it at home, at school, or at a library, as many times as you like.
Use it with your own children, your family, your classroom, or a small group of students you personally teach.
Share printed (physical) copies with your own students, campers, or club members as part of an activity you're running, at no charge.
Keep it for your own personal or family archive.
Resell, rent, or otherwise charge money for the file itself or for printed copies of it.
Redistribute the digital file itself — by email, file-sharing, a classroom website, a shared drive open to the public, social media, or any other method that lets someone else obtain the original file.
Repackage, edit, or combine it into another product (digital or printed) that you then distribute or sell.
Claim the artwork or characters as your own, or use them to imply Dodo Storyland endorses your business, classroom, or organization. You're welcome to print and hand out physical copies to the students in your own class or program as part of a lesson or activity, at no charge to them. What isn't covered is distributing the digital file itself (for example, uploading it to a shared class folder that students download from directly, or emailing the PDF to parents) — printed, in-person handouts are the intended use.
If you have a use in mind that isn't clearly covered above — a library program, a larger classroom, a nonprofit event — email us at [email protected] and ask. We're generally happy to say yes to genuine family, classroom and educational use; this license just protects the crew's artwork from being resold or repackaged by someone else.
